A Tracen representative in France, Satake Mei is the host for the Project L'Arc scenario, being your guide for the races in Longchamps.

A small tomboyish girl with a sisterly relationship with Akikawa Yayoi, she has short chestnut brown hair, brown eyes and constantly wears a yellow baseball cap with the Tracen logo. She wears an outfit consisting of short brown shorts, a white t-shirt under a torn black shirt, a yellow and brown hooded jacket and a backpack.

Her unique effect of her SSR card is the ability to appear at two training facilities at once, leading to jokes about being able to duplicate herself.

She is implied to not only be a secret horse girl, she's implied to be Dictus, as her relationship to Akikawa Yayoi (who is herself implied to be Northern Taste), her familiarity to races in France (Dictus is French) and her birthday (April 11) matches. Thus she is often drawn alongside Ikuno Dictus and Dictus Striker (Cinderella Gray's iteration of Soccer Boy). Her baseball cap does feature three badges with the racing colors of Dictus' best progeny (The two above and Movie Star) on the right side of the hat.
