sasaki to p-chan
Sasaki to P-chan (EN Title: Sasaki and Peeps) is a Japanese light novel series written by Buncololi and illustrated by Kantoku. It was originally published as a web novel. A TV anime adaptation was announced in the works in July 2022.
The series is a fantasy comedy revolving around the titular Sasaki, a 39-year-old salary man, who one day purchases a Java sparrow for companionship. Upon bringing the bird home to his six-tatami mat sized apartment, the bird talks to him and identifies himself as Piercarlo the Starsage from another world. Thus begins Sasaki's hectic life of traveling to and from a fantasy world, getting pulled in to a secret conflict involving psychics, encountering dangerous magical girls, and getting caught in the middle of a death game battle between angels and demons.
