Scene reference taken from episode 4 of Lycoris Recoil, wherein Inoue Takina sheepishly puts her hands together and thrusts them forward while simultaneously raising her right leg as if trying to a imitate a fish, wailing "Sakana~" ("It is a fish!") while doing so. Fanart imitating this pose (with either leg raised) by Takina, other characters in the show, and even characters from other copyrights have popped up since the episode aired.
This meme can sometimes extend to reference what happens next: Nishikigi Chisato joining Takina by standing near the latter and raising her arms, pretending to be and shouting that she is a spotted garden eel ("Chianago~").
