A former Victorian ceremonial standard bearer, she served at the Victorian Army Barracks in County Hillock, where the head of the local Rhodes Island branch office presented her as a liaison operator. She has basic Victorian Army training under her belt, superior physical ability, and demonstrated a talent for support operations. Peers regard her as compassionate, friendly, carries herself with due elegance, idealistic and an extraordinary cook; generally regarded by the fandom as the game's take on the Jeanne d'Arc archetype.

Her callsign is the Irish term for her surname, willow. Her second promotion art depicts a naga in reference to her Sargonian lineage. Uses a rapier and a blue-and-yellow Victorian banner in battle.
