A character from the Strider (video game) franchise. She first appeared in the first Strider arcade videogame from 1989.

Sai Pooh along with her sisters Tong Pooh and Pei Pooh act as end of level bosses in the Strider videogames. They are of Chinese ethnicity and experts in lethal acrobatic martial arts.
