He is a playable character in Ryuu Ga Gotoku 4 and Ryuu Ga Gotoku 5.

He is the oath brother of Majima Goro and dons a tattoo of a vicious tiger. Sajeima became a living legend after committing a 18-men massacre by himself. His fighting style relies on hard-hitting brute force that could even rival a bear in combat.
