A character from Mister Ajikko. A chef from Hong Kong whose specialty is Chinese food.

He acts as a stereotypical Chinese person as portrayed in Japanese media, being excessively vain and proud of the four thousand years of Chinese history and dismissive of other cultures. He later softened up after being defeated by Ajiyoshi Youichi.
