It features a coat dress in the wearer's image color and with their name written on the back. They may also hold an unusually long penlight.

Its performance in Ijigen Fes Idolmaster Love Live! Utagassen spawned a variety of fanart, featuring various idols donning the banchou-like uniform.

It is also prominently featured in certain episodes of Nijiyon Animation's 2nd season.
