Full name Kokujou Ruruie (黒条 流瑠家), she's a 12-year old demon witch (though she prefers "magical girl") and student at Houou Academy, where she gathers information using her clairvoyance and sells it at a high price. Wields the grimoire Omoikane and is partnered with the "beast soul" Satori.
