ruka (cookie)
One of the voices of Kirisame Marisa in Atouda Ako's Kuso☆☆☆☆ and several of his voice dramas afterwards. Seems to genuinely enjoy both Cookie and Touhou. Identifiable by the stars dangling from her hat, and wearing either grey or blue compared to Marisa's usual black.
Due to her short screentime she isn't a very popular character but still has a few fans. A common running joke came from one of her Q&A videos where she used hyoushigi in between questions. This led to jokes about her having a gigantic sword that she was clacking against the ground instead. Once accidentally showed her face on stream and got compared to Asashoryu Akinori.
