roy (pokemon)

One of the protagonists of Pokémon Horizons: The Series. He grew up on an unnamed island off the coast of the Kanto region and lived with his grandfather. He receives a mysterious ancient poke ball from his grandfather, which contained a black Rayquaza. He is a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers.
