Rook is an UTAUloid male made as a spinoff of Yokune Ruko. But the relationship between Ruko and him is uncertain on purpose.
He is a shapeshifter with a human form and a dog form.
Rook has red eyes and black hair with a red streak, and ahoge. He wears a dog collar written as 69 (Roku-Kyu = Rook), a buckle written as 69, and platform shoes.
He likes tea, and being late for time. His catch phrase is "Sorry for keeping you waiting!"
History
The person who did first dubbing of Ruko's male voicebank became missing. Then a stand-in, Yuuji dubbed the voicebank. Because later the original voice actor came back, the substituted voicebank became unnecessary, and it was named Rook.
