Lancer-class Servant from Fate/Grand Order. His rarity is SSR.

The version of Romulus with his full Divinity unleashed. He is first seen in the second half of the Greek Lostbelt. There, Caligula uses himself as a vessel for Romulus' Divinity, allowing Grand Lancer to be summoned.
