Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese submarine Ro-500, the ex-U-511. Nicknamed "Ro". Character design by Shimada Fumikane, voiced by Kayano Ai.
She has long grey hair, blue eyes, and a tan. Her Japanese service outfit consists of a school swimsuit, a cropped white serafuku with a blue sailor collar, grey sandals, a hair flower (a satsuki azalea, reference to her code name of "Satsuki 1-go"), and a bracelet. She is seen holding a lifebuoy and a torpedo strapped to her as her only rigging.
Often portrayed in fanart with I-58 due to her 10:00 hourly line where she calls I-58 "Decchi", I-58's verbal tic, thinking it's her nickname instead of Gouya, making I-58 mad. Upon being acquired by Japan, U-511, now RO-500, did not score any kills or have a combat record; she was instead kept for analysis by the IJN for their late-war submarines.
