A side story to Gensou Suikoden IV. Rhapsodia, titled Suikoden Tactics in the English translation, is a tactical RPG that takes place shortly after Gensou Suikoden IV. Its main purpose is to explain the origin and nature of Gensou Suikoden IV's Rune Cannons, and to explain why those powerful weapons are no longer commonplace in the other games of the Gensou Suikoden series (all of which take place well after Gensou Suikoden IV).
