Also known as Rem IF or Sloth IF, this story is about what would have happened if Natsuki Subaru and Rem ran away from the Kingdom of Lugunica, abandoned everything behind in the third arc, and live a family life in Kararagi. For a period of 5 years between 2014 to 2018, the author released five web novel chapters that continued the story.

The Natsuki Rem/Sloth IF was the first web novel IF story to receive a light novel adaptation called Re: Life in a Another World from IF.
