rayearth (character)

A Mashin/Kudan magical super robot mecha representing the land and fire. He appears as various land animals depending upon which series he's in. In the original Magic Knight Rayearth, Rayearth is a horned wolf. In the Rayearth OVA, he is a lion with a mane of fire and is renamed Lexus. In Tsubasa Chronicle, he is a fiery wolf.

In the Rayearth series, Rayearth is Shidou Hikaru's Mashin, and in Tsubasa Chronicle he is Xiaolang's Kudan.
