A bold and "lady-like" fencer who is the main party's swordsman in Wild Arms 4. Jude Maverick and the others meet her in a bar when she demands some bullying soldiers to leave. Raquel is most interested in enjoying what is left of Filgaia's beauty and capturing it in art. Throughout the game, Arnaud G. Vasquez becomes her love interest.
Later in the game, it's discovered that Raquel is terminally ill, and this is what motivates her desire to see as much of Filgaia as she can.
