The presumed controlling intelligence behind the Rapture invasion in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE.
The 2nd anniversary event "Old Tales" revealed her to be a large humanoid from the waist up, with her lower half seemingly built into the structure of a space station. Numerous cables trail behind her, some of which connect to the back of her head. She has very long black hair. Her primary weapon is a powerful red energy beam she can manifest from multiple parts of her body, and she appeared impervious to attack from Cinderella, probably the most powerful NIKKE in existence at the time.
A symbol consisting of three black, four-pointed stars appears on her forehead, and the designation "O-001" (or possibly "Q-001") is written on her upper chest.
