raising heart (accel mode) (2nd)

Raising Heart Exelion's default mode used from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha The Movie 2nd A's after upgrade. and also used in Reflection until use the Fortress System.

It is similar to Device Mode (1st), but with cartridge system. And the Movie version of Accel Mode.
