raiden mei (herrscher of thunder)

A playable battlesuit of Honkai Impact 3rd's Raiden Mei.

In her base Herrscher of Thunder form, she is portrayed with purple eyes and red horns; her outfit consists of a sleeveless black dress with a short pelvic curtain and a white chest side, black elbow gloves worn alongside red gauntlets and horned shoulder armor, white thighhighs, and black pumps.

She has the dragon Kurikara as a familiar. In addition, she has three other alternate costumes with this battlesuit: Rainy Springtide, Nocturne Ablaze, and Haunted Dusk.
