In her human form, she has blue to purple gradient hair, wearing a pink vest, pink skirt, large bow atop the vest, heart hair ornament, white thigh-highs with pink garter straps, and pink shoes. She is accompanied by a large staff that is topped with a winged star containing a heart symbol.

In her monstrous form, she resembles a large winged snake, primarily blue with a pink underbelly, as well as having purple and pink feathers, two limbs at the snake's head, and empty black eyes.
