qu (pgr)
A playable character in Punishing: Gray Raven. Voiced by Sayaka Ohara.
Head of the Kowloong Chamber of Commerce. Qu believes in a different path to humanity's salvation through the preservation of consciousness using the Tabula Akasha. For this reason, she and the Kowloong Chamber of Commerce do not align themselves with either humanity or the Ascension Network.
