An offshoot 2-episode anime to Excel Saga, directed by Watanabe Shinichi. PPP is a parody of the magical girl genre while cramming as many sexual jokes, references to other shows, and overall insanity as possible within two episodes. In the opening segment, Puni Puni can be seen fighting several famous anime girls like Sailor Moon, Kinomoto Sakura, and Tenjou Utena. 'Puni' is also Japanese onomatopoeia for squishy skin, which is heard in the second episode.
