In Berserk, Puck is one of the Elves, diminutive fairy-like creatures who have the power to heal others. Since his rescue by Guts from the bandits of Koka Castle, he's taken to following the Black Swordsman around, healing him during his many battles with the Apostles and acting as his conscience.
