Axis Powers Hetalia's representation of the Principality of Wy, a micronation that seceded from Mosman, a suburb of Sydney, Australia in 2004.
Wy is a young girl with a short brown side ponytail, brown eyes, and thick eyebrows like the rest of the Kirkland family. She wears an outfit of a jacket, tank top, shorts, a red ascot, and often wields a large paintbrush in reference to Wy's founder, artist Paul Delprat.
Though at first dismissive, she befriends fellow micronation Sealand.
