Polyanna Youngest Sister is a character in Elden Ring. She is one of the 5 'rot sisters', including Millicent, Mary Eldest Sister, Maureen Second Sister and Amy Third Sister. Polyanna wears the same robes as the other sisters, and wields the same dagger used by Melina. Her position as the youngest makes her the fifth sister, though the presence of a small rot bloom beneath the Haligtree may indicate there was another unnamed sister, which would make her the sixth instead.
