plumeria (pokemon)
Plumeria, known as Plumeri (プルメリ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon.
This Team Skull Admin controls the rest of the team and is seen as something of a big sister type. She looks after the Grunts and won't forgive anyone who bullies them.
She has yellow eyes with eyeshadow and long two-tone pink and yellow hair worn in quad tails. She wears a skull hair ornament and necklace, a tank top which reveals a stomach tattoo on her midriff, and black pants.
