Black Jack character. A very small little girl with a brown hair bob cut who works as Black Jack's assistant and nurse.
She is actually a sentient teratoma, a rare type of tumor that contains several different types of human organ tissue. Originally located in her twin sister's back, Black Jack extirpated her and gave Pinoko the artificial body of a girl.
