Phosphophyllite after major changes are done to their body.
Appearance
In addition to the gold/platinum replacement arms and the replacement legs, Phospophyllite gains the head of Lapis Lazuli after their own head was taken by the Tsuki Jin. After going to the moon, this new Phos also wears a white bodysuit.
