Arcueid Brunestud from Tsukihime, dressed up as a magical girl.

This character design appeared for the first time in the doujin manga Take Moon drawn by Takenashi Eri.

She later appeared in the doujin computer game series Battle Moon Wars, and later, in official TYPE-MOON products such as the Character Material artbook and Fate/tiger colosseum.

She is summonable as a Pretender-class servant in Fate/Grand Order, where she has a slightly modified costume.
