Late Han Dynasty Chinese advisor. Courtesy name Shiyuan(士元), Nicknamed "Fledgling Phoenix" (鳳雛).

An advisor to Liu Bei. He was known as a brilliant but unattractive man. He died from an arrow wound during Liu Bei's conquest of Yi province, which later became the center of power of Liu Bei's kingdom of Shu-Han.

This tag is usually used for his Dynasty Warriors/Shin Sangoku Musou portrayal as a short masked man with a large hat and some form of staff but can be used for other depictions as well.
