Pamela Arwig is the captain of an organization of Dark Magi known as the Black Cross, the main antagonizing group of Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel. Born of nobility, she was secretly trained as a royal knight. She is fairly mysterious, so her origins and motives as well as her existence are best kept secret. Therefore, very little is known about her. She's fairly straightforward and sensible, and she never doubts her views of justice. On the other hand, she will convict those who do not share her thoughts with her.

Her weapon is a magical rapier called Weißsilber. Using it, she can draw a magic circle in the air, manipulating the space within. With this, many attacks are available for her use.

Pamela was designed by alphes. She is one of the winning entries of a boss design contest for Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel so far, the others being Eifer Skute, who was designed by Aburidashi Zakuro, Schirach Fühler, who was designed by Daddy (Tatei), Lecht and Rink Refraktia, who were both designed by REDMOON, and Doris Warmind, who was designed by Hissatsukun.
