The 4th costume of hololive English's Ouro Kronii.

It is a military uniform consisting of a black long coat draped over her shoulders, a two tone black and blue military jacket with a two-tone black and blue waistcoat and a blue sleeveless collared shirt with a cleavage cutout, a blue necktie and mismatched white and blue detached sleeves underneath, black pants with a thigh strap and black boots. She also has an ear chain on her right ear and a chain earring on her left, white gloves. The pants' legs are detachable.

Her official hairstyle for this outfit is medium/long hair two-tone hair with colored tips in a wolf cut, with sidelocks and her hair intakes closer together.
