otta ely (choujin x)

Otta Ely is one of the two deuteragonists of Choujin X.

After her altercation with Chandra Hume on the plane she becomes a smoke choujin. Or at least that's what the audience is lead to believe. In reality, Ely became a thief choujin and gained the ability to use smoke by sapping Chandra's powers on the plane.
