A meme-like quote from Tsukikage Chigusa in Glass no Kamen. She was surprised by Kitajima Maya's exceptional ability as an actress. (Maya memorized an entire role after hearing it only once in a live performance.)
In the original story, the quote was used with loud, insane hysterical laughter.
The meme/parody version, "OOO (name)... What a fearsome(scary) girl!" , is often used with a shaded face and no pupils.
