open-toe shoes
Shoes that leave the toes uncovered.
Not to be confused with sandals, which leave the toes uncovered by default. Sandals leave most of the foot uncovered, aside from the straps holding them onto the foot, while open-toe shoes cover the top or sides of the foot, leaving only the toes uncovered.
