Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese icebreaker/fleet oiler Ootomari. Character design by Hozuka.
She is portrayed with long brown hair tied to a braided ponytail, and yellow eyes. Her default outfit consists of a long-sleeved white dress top, blue skirt, blue cloak, white pantyhose, and grey rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of a miniature version of the real-life ship to her right side and held at waist-level, and a briefcase. She uses a 76 mm handgun mount at kai form, reflective of her wartime duties.
