Heroic Spirit Festive Outfit craft essence for Okada Izou
Part of a series of 39 Fate/Grand Order Summer 2019 CEs celebrating the game's fourth anniversary, each featuring a different Servant in an outfit matching the theme of one of the festival's attractions Chaldea Palace, Luluhawa Island, Battle Arena, and Halloween Town.
This outfit was later released as an unlockable Spiritron Costume for Izou, being given the name Yooo This Hakama is Rad.
