The leader of the Dragonfly Army and the owner of Azuma Kaisen and Kesa Kujiru. Garaiya is hopelessly idealistic and wants to find a ruler that would be a hero to Mugenri. Is currently supporting Taira no Chouki in their plans to become the emperor.
