oden
A Japanese winter dish consisting of several ingredients such as hardboiled eggs, daikon radish, konnyaku, and processed fish cakes stewed in a light, soy-flavoured dashi broth.
While these are the core ingredients, oden is very much subject to regional and personal variations.
