noumi (kancolle)

She has long green hair tied to a low ponytail, and purple eyes. Her uniform is shared with her sister ships: white shirt with a blue sailor collar, red pleated skirt, black pantyhose, white beret, white gloves, and rudder footwear.
Her rigging at base form consists of paravanes on her shoes, a depth charge on her left thigh strap, a 120 mm single gun mount as a handgun, spare shells on her skirt belt, and funnel-and-masts to her back.
