noire (neptunia)

One of four goddesses of Gamindustri, Noire presides over the Land of Black Regality, Lastation. Noire is seen as an ideal goddess, working independently on her own time, though this often gets her sick or wears her out. She is generally very menseful towards everyone, but also comes off as stubborn since she prefers to work alone.

Noire is usually wearing a fancy dress colored dark blue, red, and white with gold buttons and lining here and there. She also sports a blue bow on her back as well as a smaller one around her neck that's attached to a monochrome collar and is adorned with a piece of gold in the center. Noire's hair is tied into two very long pigtails that reach her hips, her bangs being nice and neat, and her eyes are as red as rubies.

The ideal goddess Noire is the personification of the Sony PlayStation 3.
