noa (blue archive)

A character from Blue Archive. She serves as the secretary for Millennium's student council, Seminar.

Her full name is Ushio Noa. Often the subject of offshoots of the gomen yui meme ("gomen yuuka").

She wields a modified SIG SAUER P320 handgun based on Tokyo Marui's Hi-CAPA Xtreme .45 with a carbine conversion kit.
