A playable Genshin Impact character released in Version 4.1. The Chief Justice of Fontaine, known as the Iudex, and second-in-command to the Hydro Archon, Furina. He appears serious, aloof and perfectly impartial befitting his position, but is a genuinely kind person who can be socially awkward at times due to his unfamiliarity with human customs and feelings. The Melusines see him as their father figure.
Because of their similarities in appearance, he’s often associated with the Leisurely Otter. His true identity though is the incumbent Hydro Dragon Sovereign.
Appearance
Neuvillette is often depicted with tsurime eyes, giving him a sharp appearance. He wears a white ascot over his clothing, and his hair is styled in a low-tied ponytail.
For legwear, he dons black thigh boots with thighhigh gaiters.
