nemesis (resident evil)

Nemesis-T Type is the titular main antagonist of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.

Dubbed the "Pursuer", it is one of Umbrella Corporation's most successful Tyrants, and was tasked in eliminating the remaining S.T.A.R.S. members who survived the Spencer mansion.

It can only mutter the word "S.T.A.R.S.!" and sometimes seen with a rocket launcher.
