Kantai Collection's personification of the battleship HMS Nelson (pennant no. 28). Character design by Konishi, voiced by Nomizu Iori.

She has long blonde hair, blue eyes, and large breasts. Her default outfit consists of a grey long-sleeved closed cropped jacket, short red necktie with a red rose, black dress, black thighhighs, thigh straps, and grey rudder footwear. Her strictly military appearance contrasts greatly with Warspite's regal one due to their respective classes' namesakes being of admiralty and of royalty respectively.

Her rigging consists of three hull pieces, one to her back and two to her sides, with the armament arranged asymetrically (15.2 cm twin gun mounts on her left, anti-aircraft guns plus her funnel and mast to her back, and her three 406 mmt triple gun mounts to her right) and controlled by a joystick. She also has her real-life fire directors as headgear.

In the game, she is capable of a special cut-in sequence: the "Nelson Touch". It is also a historical term, referring either to Vice Admiral Nelson's naval strategy that he used to great success or the broader sense of naval superiority the Royal Navy enjoyed during the 1800s after the British victory in the Battle of Trafalgar despite Vice Admiral Nelson's death during that time.
