The 3rd costume of hololive's Nekomata Okayu.

It's a dark serafuku consisting of a cropped long-sleeved, double-breasted black shirt sailor shirt with a white sailor collar, white buttons, white sleeve cuffs, a white neckerchief, white shorts, black kneehighs with an onigiri print on them and black sneakers.

Her official hairstyle with this costume is largely the same as her default costume with the only addition being a black hairband.
