Lit. "South Star Human Cannonball"

A "martial art style" from Hokuto no Ken consisting of literally shooting the "practitioner" from a large cannon as projectile. It was "practiced" by the Gold Wolf gang, one of the anime filler villains of the series.

As with Nanto Bakusatsu Ken, it was one of the several bizarre (and probably self-proclaimed) "Nanto Seiken" variants. Making it a running gag of the series.
