nanchatte (deleted)

When a character dresses up in a school uniform, but doesn't have to, either because they aren't a high schooler (but wear it for one reason or another, i.e as a hobby, for cosplay, or they like wearing plain clothes like it), or they are high schoolers who attend schools which don't have uniforms. Used on Danbooru for those that are not actually bona fide high schoolers.
